Do you shoot footage as well?
We are a post-production studio — we work with footage you supply, whether that is a professional shoot, UGC clips or phone video. We are happy to write a shot list before you film.
What formats do you deliver?
MP4 masters plus platform-specific exports at 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with separate caption files where you need them.
Do you have an office in Raleigh?
No — we work remotely with Raleigh and Research Triangle clients rather than maintaining a local address. Everything runs async with calls in your Eastern Time hours. If in-person presence is a requirement for your project, a Triangle-based studio is the right call.
Can you handle technical or scientific subject matter?
Yes, with one condition: we need access to someone who knows the material. We will read your documentation and come back with questions rather than inventing plausible-sounding claims. Anything that could be read as a scientific or medical claim goes back to you for verification before it ships.
Can you design for both investor and customer audiences?
Those are genuinely different jobs and we scope them separately. An investor deck argues a market opportunity; a customer-facing site argues a product. Using one for both is a common and expensive shortcut.
