How fast can you start a project?
Most projects kick off within 48 hours of onboarding. Send the brief, approve the quote, and a dedicated senior designer is assigned the same week. Rush timelines can usually be accommodated with a little advance notice.
How do I book a project?
Fill in the project form on the contact page or book a call directly on our calendar. You will hear back within one business day with a scope, a fixed price and a start date.
What do you need from me to begin?
A short brief, any existing brand assets, and examples of work you admire. For e-commerce projects, your product photos, spec sheet and recent customer reviews are the most useful things you can send — the objections in those reviews often shape the design.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — most of our clients are outside our home base. The studio is built async-first: written updates, shared boards, and clear next steps, so time zones never stall a project. Calls are scheduled to suit your working hours, not ours.
What if I do not like the first concept?
Every plan includes unlimited revisions. If a direction misses, we go back to the brief rather than tweaking colours — and we keep refining until the work matches what you had in mind. There is no extra charge and no revision cap.
Who actually does the work?
A senior designer, assigned to your project and named up front. There are no account managers between you and the person doing the work, and no junior hand-offs after the pitch.
Can you handle Amazon listing images and A+ content?
Amazon design is one of our core specialities. We build compliant main images, full infographic sets, lifestyle renders, comparison charts and A+ / Premium A+ modules, all designed mobile-first because that is where most of the traffic lands.
Do you offer one-off projects or only subscriptions?
Both. Monthly plans suit ongoing design needs and give you the fastest turnaround. One-off projects — a logo, a packaging line, a listing set — are quoted individually based on scope.
Do you write copy as well as design?
We write the copy that lives inside the artwork: headlines, infographic callouts and chart labels. Full listing copywriting, SEO keyword research and long-form content can be scoped in as an add-on.
What file formats do you deliver?
Editable source files — Figma, Illustrator or Photoshop depending on the discipline — alongside export-ready formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, print-ready PDF and MP4 for motion. Packaging ships as print-ready artwork on your printer’s dieline.
Do I own the finished work?
Yes. Full ownership and all editable source files transfer to you on final delivery. We ask only for permission to show the work in our portfolio, and we are happy to hold that back under NDA.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account — there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Pausing keeps your slot and your designer for when you come back.
How does payment work?
One-off projects are split 50% to start and 50% on final delivery. Monthly plans bill on the same date each month and can be stopped before the next cycle. Invoices are issued for every payment.
