Who we are
Fixon Studio is a creative design studio operating remotely and serving clients worldwide. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@fixonstudio.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you actively give us. Specifically:
- Enquiry details. When you submit the project form we receive your name, email address, and any company name, website, budget, timeline, message and files you choose to include.
- Correspondence. Emails, messages and call notes exchanged while we discuss or deliver a project.
- Project materials. Brand assets, product information and other files you send us so we can do the work.
What we do not collect
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, embeds no third-party trackers, and runs no analytics that profile individual visitors. Browsing the site anonymously generates no personal record on our side beyond standard server access logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope and quote.
- To deliver, revise and hand over the work you commission.
- To issue invoices and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep.
- To send occasional studio updates — only if you have explicitly asked for them.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use ordinary business services to run the studio — website hosting, form handling, email, cloud file storage, project management and payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards for international transfers where relevant.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records and invoices are kept for as long as required for tax and legal purposes, typically six to seven years. Project source files are retained so we can support past work, and are deleted sooner on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@fixonstudio.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use access-controlled, reputable services and limit access to client information to people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes affecting existing clients, notify them directly.
