How many logo concepts will I see?
We present two or three fully-developed directions rather than a dozen thin sketches. Each one is shown in real context — on packaging, a website header, a social avatar — so you are judging a brand, not a JPEG.
Do I own the final files?
Yes. Full ownership and every editable source file transfer to you on final delivery, including vector logo files, the Figma library and the guidelines document.
Can you work from our existing brand?
Often the right answer is evolution, not a teardown. We regularly refine an existing mark and build the missing system around it, which keeps your recognition intact.
Do you have an office in Riyadh?
No, and we would rather be direct about it than list a serviced address for SEO. Fixon Studio works remotely with Riyadh clients, with a working day that overlaps yours and calls scheduled in Arabia Standard Time.
Do you design for Amazon.sa and Noon?
Yes. The design principles carry over from Amazon US — mobile-first, one idea per frame, objections answered in the image carousel — but the compliance details and the right-to-left reading order differ, so we set the artwork up for the platform you are actually selling on.
Can you deliver Arabic and English versions?
Yes, as one bilingual system rather than two disconnected sets. We work from Arabic copy you or your translator supply. We do not machine-translate and we will not approve Arabic text we cannot verify.
How does billing work for Saudi clients?
We invoice in USD by default and can quote in SAR on request, with full invoicing details for your finance team. International transfer is standard.
