Do you follow Amazon’s image requirements?
Yes. Main images ship on pure white with the product filling roughly 85% of the frame, no props, watermarks or inset badges, at the required resolution for zoom. Amazon updates policy periodically, so we check current requirements at the start of every project.
Do I need to send physical product?
No. High-resolution photos from several angles are usually enough. Where photography is missing we can build accurate 3D-style renders from your specs and packaging artwork.
Can you design for other marketplaces?
Yes — Walmart, Etsy, Shopify PDPs and eBay all get the same treatment, sized and adapted to each platform’s rules.
Do you have an office in Abu Dhabi?
No. Fixon Studio is a remote studio and we will not claim a local address we do not have. What we do have is a working day that overlaps yours almost completely, which in practice means faster replies than most agencies operating from Europe or the US.
Can you design in Arabic as well as English?
We design bilingual layouts and lock the typography, spacing and hierarchy so both languages work in the same system — including right-to-left layout considerations. We work from Arabic copy supplied by you or your translator; we do not machine-translate, and we will not sign off on Arabic copy we cannot verify.
How does billing work for UAE clients?
We invoice in USD by default and can quote in AED on request. International bank transfer is standard, and we supply full invoicing details for your finance team.
Can you work around the Ramadan and seasonal retail calendar?
Yes, and it is worth raising early. Campaign work tied to Ramadan, Eid or National Day has a hard date and a queue in front of it, so those projects are best scoped several weeks out.
